School Year Day Camps

All-Day Camp When School Is Out

Kids Connection’s School Year Day Camps provide full-day care on select days when school is not in session—open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for one flat daily rate.

School Year Day Camps are open to both Kids Connection students and students from other schools, and are designed for children currently enrolled in Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Designed working families in mind, these camps are offered during school breaks and conference days when students are out of school but families are still working. Held on our familiar campus and led by Kids Connection staff, camp days are packed with creativity, play, exploration, and connection.

Depending on the day, families may see Kids Connection camps or KC Chinese School (KCCS) camps, each aligned with our school’s values and approach.

When School Year Day Camps Are Offered

School Year Day Camps are typically offered on days when students are out, but parents are likely working, such as:

Teacher professional development days
Conference weeks
School year school breaks
Other non-school days during the academic year

Specific dates and camp offerings are shared in advance so families can plan ahead with confidence.

What a Camp Day Looks Like

Coyote Pack School Year Day Camps are offered on all published camp dates and provide a fun, structured day that balances engagement, enrichment, and ease.

A typical Coyote Pack camp day may include:

Themed activities and creative projects
STEAM-based exploration and hands-on challenges
Outdoor play and movement
Games and collaborative activities
Morning and afternoon snack provided.

Students enjoy a full day that feels fun and familiar, supported by caring staff and consistent routines.

KC Chinese School (KCCS) Camp Option

(Available on Select Camp Dates)

On select School Year Day Camp dates, families may have the option to enroll in a KC Chinese School (KCCS) camp in place of the Coyote Pack program.

When offered, KCCS camps may include:

Mandarin language immersion activities
Cultural projects and creative expression
Language-based games, crafts, and group experiences

These camps allow students to continue Mandarin learning in a full-day format while school is not in session. Availability of KCCS camps will be communicated in advance and may vary by date.

Who Can Attend

School Year Day Camps are open to:

Students currently enrolled in Kids Connection programs
Students who attend other schools, as space allows

Camps are designed for students currently enrolled in Kindergarten through 5th grade, and provide a welcoming, structured environment for all participants.

(Transportation is not provided for School Year Day Camps.)

Thanksgiving Break Camp: November 26–28, 2025
Winter Break Camp: December 22–23, 29–30, 2025, January 2 & 5, 2026
February Break Camp: February 13, 2026
Spring Break Camp: March 30 – April 3, 2026
KC Spring Conference Day Camp: April 17, 2026

School Year Camp Tuition

$120 per day for students enrolled in KC families
$150 per day for Non-KC Families.
Discounts available for full-week enrollment (see enrollment forms for exact pricing)
25% discount offered for students enrolled in Coyote Pack or KCCS (This benefit applies to school-year camps only and does not apply to summer programs.)
